Full refund within 30 days of purchase if no services or access have been provided. No refunds after any service is delivered or digital product access is granted.

Any refund or termination requests must be submitted with 7 days written notice via email.

All content, materials, and digital products are owned by JAMD Productions, LLC. You may not copy, resale, or distribute them. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the digital products for personal purposes only, as specified at the time of purchase.

You agree not to engage in prohibited conduct, including spam, illegal activities, reverse engineering our systems, or any actions that interfere with our services.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and marketing SMS messages from us. These may include appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotions. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms or nonpayment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
